This place is really awesome! The owner is very nice and seems to really like talking to customers. They have a wide range of vinyl from most genres and at multiple price points. To update, everything here is still great. The used record section is huge and everything is 7 bucks.

This is by far one of the best curated record stores on the east coast. It is my favorite record store - up there with PRX and any quality record shop you’d find in NYC, Philly, Boston, Toronto… I grew up in the area and every winter holiday make it back to purchase at least a few records.

Moved to Charlottesville recently and this place is a gem. The store is everything a good record store should be. They have fantastic selection (smaller but very intentional), well organized, and reasonably priced. I’ve gone in a few times already and always walk out with a few records.

I make regular trips to Charlottesville and have for years. Melody Supreme is an independent record store with a great selection of records and a very nice vibe. After 45 years of record shopping, it never gets old to find a really good one. Inkular Approved🌟
