Maya Books & Music in downtown Sanford is one of those classic used bookstores you want to spent hours in! Amazing selection! Two floors of treasures! Friendly staff! I can't wait to make a point of returning the next time I'm in the area. It's now on my list of a "destination bookstore". Highly recommended!

What a cool, beautiful store. So many books to browse downstairs, and records to browse upstairs. A fun place to wander around with a wide selection of used materials. Also, the woman working there was so welcoming and kind. Definitely stop by and give this treasure of a place your business!

Very unique and authentic bookstore! The vibe of the store was very cozy with a great selection of used books. I also love the lofted vinyl record section. If you are in Sanford for a morning or afternoon, definitely check out Maya Books & Music. P.S.

My favorite used book store in all of Central Florida! I don't live close to Sanford, but I make it a habit to drive out there on occasion just for this store. Yvette is the nicest person with a fantastic taste for good reads, and she runs this shop herself. Her shop is beautiful.
