I stumbled upon this gem of a record store by chance... driving down the street and saw the usual "Records and Tapes" sign many have. This has to be one of my favorite record store experiences as a record collector.
Great little spot for rare 45s, LPs and tapes from all over the world. plus some punk/punk adjacent and 60s stuff. Very fair and reasonable prices even on their pricier items. nice folks. Support them
Woah- so many cool gems here. I got 3 Peruvian chicha records here. All their stuff is used (which I prefer) and highly curated. Definitely my favorite store (I went to ~6) in the ATX area. Waterloo is great for new records. Will definitely come back next time I am in town.
such a hidden gem! i love! rare finds, nice prices & friendly dude working there! he even told my boyfriend a little about the tape he was buying :) adding to one our of fav record places!
