Cool selection. They have a little bit of everything and a lot overall. Seriously, my dog chewed up my buddy's really rare Prince Album and I found it there. Friendship completely restored! Haha. Staff helped me find it. I always wish I had a lot more money to spend when I'm in there.
Awesome record store. I've been an "audiophile" record collector since 1996. I've been to a lot of record stores in Athens and Atlanta getting to know staff at many places.
This place was always on my place to visit in Athens. I traveled all the way from Milledgeville to shop at this store. They're very organized and have a discount bin of POPULAR and GOOD records. They reserved a record for me and let me trade my LinKin Park record to get it. Fair trade.
Every time we visit Low Yo Yo Stuff Records, we leave happy. It is full of amazing records, but the staff is the real gem. It doesn't matter who is working, they are knowledgeable, accomodating and friendly. I highly recommend anyone who loves music visit this store. The best record store in Athens, hands down!
