The store was the very first record store that I ever went to back in 2011. The best friend Chad introduced me to Love Garden Sounds and just because of the ever so expanding variety of what LGS..
I have been going to the Love Garden since I was 14 years old. Now that I have kids my kiddo and I go there together because they have found the love of music and records as well. Kelly is so kind and friendly to everyone in there.
We were left a lot of vinyls from the 60’s & 70’s. 7 boxes I believe. Several had damaged covers. After filtering out the ones we ‘had to keep’, we took the rest to the Love Garden sounds because Google said they gave the most money. Google was right. Just this week I took 23 albums to Overland Park Half Price Books.
Love Garden is the best. I always leave with something I love to add to my vinyl collection. Recently I went in because I was having some problems with a record skipping. They were so nice and helped me check the record and then taught me how to change the needle on my record machine which made all the difference.
