What a wonderful little shop! Obviously, the owners have fantastic taste in inventory, there were about 20 records I wanted within 10 minutes of being at the shop! Cute decor, clean layout, and friendly and helpful staff.

Record shop with heart. Whenever you are passing through Oly, add this to your stop by list. The curated selection of vintage records will delight the discerning collector. On Friday evening they host an intimate concert by traveling musicians . Good time if you love music. I'll be back in next time I'm in Oly.

lantern is hands down my record store in washington. a wide variety of new and used records and very reasonable prices! the staff is very kind and helpful with recommendations, and will do special orders! Lantern is a great addition to the olympia music scene.
