Lagniappe Records

Lagniappe Records is a fine used/new record store in downtown Lafayette. It's clean and spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of cool records on the walls. The guy who runs the place is friendly and smart, and he takes the time to thoroughly clean used LPs, which, to me, is a huge plus.

First time visiting today. Highly impressed with the selection, organization, and amazingly knowledgeable and helpful staff. One of the not the best record store experiences in Louisiana. Rare gems and amazing sized genre selection, as well as other formats such as cassettes. Just incredible.

Such a great shop. They have plenty of vinyl; plus cassettes and turntables. I never leave empty handed. Clean and organized, too, which is a big plus for me. Pay them a visit next time you're downtown; you're sure to find a treasure or two!

I love this place! Amazing records at fair prices, with friendly and helpful employees. I also love the merch and proudly rock my tshirt all the time. My only complaint is that I always spend too much money when I visit because there’s too much that I need to take home with me!
