Howard & Nan's Record Shop

Look, the owner is definitely rough around the edges. But I've always found him to be a solid guy that you can have a good conversation with. And pretty pleasant once you get past his gruffness. You can easily lose an hour or two looking through his vast selection of records.

I go to see the owner about once a week on average, he is one of the most entertaining people I have ever met, loads of great stories, all u have to do is just listen. If u find him offensive and cant handle the things that he may say, then u all need to just stay home and never leave your house.

I was in this store to buy guitar string for my son and my visit lasted over an hour. The owner does say exactly what he thinks and no, there's nothing politically correct about him but I still stayed to listen to his stories. During that time I found out some things about him.

Best selection of everything music in South Jersey . An institution for over 65 yrs , Joe D has and incredible selection of records in every genre , both new and very good to excellent condition used . I even picked up some new guitar strings today !
