The CD index cards is what you would've seen at Record Theater! New & used CDs Vinyl & Cassettes! There was music related posters, shirts, DVDs. There's a beverage bar- yeah coffee etc & music browsing is what made New World next to Spot so great but get this...beer on tap here.
I have been into this store multiple times and always enjoy my experience. They have a great selection of music and other items and always have some great music playing. Their employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I just bought the new.
Prices for the organized records are a bit expensive, ranging from $15 for a non-hits running upwards of $40-$50 for hit records from popular artists. They do however have an unorganized $1-$2 bin with a buy 1 get 1 free on Sundays which is always fun to go through.
This has to be one of the greatest stores I’ve ever found. I was teaching at the university and found this store. The staff were very friendly and we had a nice chat about musical pilgrimages and biographies. They have posters cassettes shirts buttons CDs albums… and more ! It is all amazing.
