What collectors say again and again
“They had a big selection of 7" 45's.”
What customers say
As other reviewers mentioned, I was happy to see reasonable prices. Many stores are going wild right now and losing loyal folks who have been buying vinyl for years. The quality that the buyer(s) are bringing in also deserves recognition. Hardcore/Death/Black/Goth/Avant Garde/etc is all top quality and cutting edge.
A cool, unpretentious record store. A few things to mention about it are that the folks here are always nice and helpful, there's plenty of parking on the side street (parking meters), and record prices are reasonable! Everytime I go I find a gem or two. Honestly, there's only great things to say about this spot!
Hands down, one of few records shop in LA that pays attention to fans/customer needs, and the guys there are knowledgeable to help and have a chat about music. In a few visits I have seen some records to drool over and buy, rarities. Their selections always have great surprises.
Tucked away in the vibrant streets of LA's Little Tokyo, Going Underground Records is a treasure trove for retro music enthusiasts. This record store is a nostalgic haven that captures the essence of vinyl culture with its eclectic collection ranging from classic rock to hidden gems.
