Game X Change

Arlie was a life saver. I went in with my 8 year old grandson (who is much more knowledgeable on gaming systems than I am). Arlie took the time to show me different systems, which games were available for my grandson's age bracket and everything I needed. Thank you for the patience and the help.

I have never been much of a gamer since I was a kid. I'm now 30. My aunt gave us a Xbox 360. We had no clue what we were getting into. We had many questions and many issues through the whole process. The employees at the this location where always helpful and attentive to what we needed.

I've been to several other Game X Change stores in the past, but my previous experiences were not as pleasant as my visit to this particular store. We stopped by on our to Jefferson, and was greeted with a hello and smile, the employees asked if I needed any assistance and answered my questions about some NES titles.

I just went in, asking for a set of movies for a Christmas gift, and they only had 1 of 3. Victoria called another store, and is having it brought over to this store, and said she will also hold the one they had for me. This, is the reason I keep coming back, this is how customer service is done! Love this store
