I have been there many times & the owner is extremely kind & knowledgeable. His prices are great, but the sales are even better. I have no idea what all the "*" reviews are saying, this has never been my experience. I've been 1) the only customer 2) asian 3) brought my asian wife....& NEVER had an unkind experience.
Dave is the man. Used to go to Noise Noise Noise back in the day and Factory keeps that vibe alive and well. Don’t live in the area any more but when I am in Costa Mesa, I go to factory and get a few albums.
Factory Records has a great selection of music especially punk! Dave was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions! I will definitely be coming back here to pick up some more cassettes and vinyl!
This store kicks ass. Guy knows what he's talking about. Bought two killer records, both at fair prices. Posers must avoid!
