These guys are fantastic! I had some concerns about a pre-order i had made. They instantly contacted me back and explained everything that was going on. They addressed everything and I no concerns after talking with them. A few weeks later when I received my pre-order it was perfect!

Excellent customer service. I called their phone number and left a message, I needed information on when the album I ordered was going to ship. They called me back within 30 or 40 minutes and took care of me and my shipment.

First time ordering with Experience Vinyl and it was a great experience!...no pun intended. Their selection of records is vast and priced better than the average online place. Everything shipped in a timely manner and came packaged in a way I doubt it could have been damaged in shipment.
