East County Vinyl

I learned about East County Vinyl when I moved into the neighborhood about a year ago. Since then this place has become my absolute favorite place to get my hands on rare vinyl. There's always a rotating assortment and you never know what will pop up which is fantastic.

I absolutely love this place. They sell old and new vinyls, with an amazing selection to choose from. Their prices are fair, and the owner has always been helpful when I go in. I bought my first vinyl from this place back in 2017 ( a Sir-Mix-A-Lot Vinyl ), and It's been my favorite shop ever since

If you like shopping for vintage & secondhand records there's no better shop in San Diego! There's a great assortment of genres and it's all fantastically priced and, in my experience, great quality.

Fairly small store, but a lot of great options! I feel like this is a perfect example of "quality over quantity." I bought a few older records for about $5 to $10 each and they have truly become some of my favorites. The woman who owns and runs the place is also very nice and chatty.
