What collectors say again and again
“I go in frequently to find iconic albums on my running list or to rummage through the dollar bins for hidden gems and classics.”
What customers say
I don’t know if I’ve ever reviewed ear candy before? But it’s easily one of my top #3 favorite stores in Missoula. There’s just something about it that makes it one of the best record stores in the country. I’ve visited a bunch of them. John, the owner, is one of the nicest people I know.
This is simply the best record store I’ve been to. And I’m not just talking about in Missoula… I mean anywhere! Anytime I travel and visit record stores, Ear Candy is always the standard I measure them against. It all starts with John who is super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
Definitely a large variety of records, they don’t necessarily have a lot of artists labeled having a number of boxes mashed together with all types of tenor music, but for those who like to hunt that’s a really good place.
My 13 year old daughter is getting into vinyl and asked for a record player. This was the only place that had what she wanted when it came to finding the records she would like. I made a mistake on shipping originally. Chris went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and made my daughter's Christmas the best.
