A classic spot for all kinds of music. I hadn’t been there in about 30 years but it still felt the same. Friendly folks working there with a real passion for the musics they sell. RIP Chris Strachwitz. The store you founded is still going strong.

Great selection and prices. Large vinyl newly arrived used section with some hard to find items. I usually shop the rock, soul, and world sections. There is also a great selection of Jazz and Blues and more. Massive CD selection new and used with out of print stuff and great compilations.

An oasis of musicology and a treasure trove of eclectic portals into eras of authenticity and sonic excellence! And the folks are nice too. Make the sojourn to this haven of sonic soulfulness and the serendipity of the random right record to purge your blues and/or sail your spirit soaring and/or blow your mind.

Cool record shop featuring CD's to the left room & vinyl on the right. Looked through the blues, jazz, soul/funk sections & they carry a varied selection at fair pricing. Some of the new cd's were under $10. Cashier was friendly. He gave me a good deal on the 3 postcards i purchased.
