Desert Island Records

I found this record store when I sold some old harcore punk records and my only copy of a Funkadelic LP that I had just to have "Maggot Brain" on vinyl. Anyway, they give good prices cash for select items they can use/sell. Way better than Bookmans on that level and way better too on the vinyl and cassette selections.

Desert Island Records is such a great spot. They have an amazing selection of albums and 45s, plus a huge inventory of used records to dig through. They also carry premium, high-quality vinyl alongside a solid selection of regular stock, so there’s really something for everyone.

It's good to see a new independent record store in town with quality product. Jordan has a nice shop with a great selection of vinyl on hand that's priced accordingly. I've been collecting since the late 70's and will tell you I only buy vinyl in excellent condition.

Nice store, clean and good variety of music formats. The gentleman, I believe the owner was very helpful and personable as well. I'm glad to see this place has survived the pandemic AND the road work being done on Broadway. I recommend checking em out.
