My 14 year old son took me to Dale's Records and Skate Shop yesterday for the first time. My son wanted to buy some records and insisted that we go there. As soon as I walked in, I felt like taking a step back in time. We were greeted by Dale and a local artist who was there. The place is well organized.
Dale's Records has more than an excellent selection of records. There's a good amount of awesome vintage clothing, tchotchkes, and books. It's also a rad skate shop. Dale (owner) is super friendly! My wife and I stopped in during our vacation to Palm Springs.
Very friendly owner. Not only is the record collection fantastic, but tons of cool vintage clothing, books and art all for sale. Love the vibes and aesthetic of the place. Also grabbed myself the COOLEST lamp.
Fantastic record shop with a lot of great, rare, local, and hard to find albums. Tons of cool skate gear, too! Happy to make an annual stop by this desert landmark!
