I've been coming to Co-Op Records for about 20 years now and I always find something exciting every time I'm there. You can easily spend hours in there. There's something for everyone. Nice selection of all the brand new stuff along with older, used stuff. Prices seem pretty fair.
I'm revising my review from several years ago. I currently live in a metro area of over 3 million people. Great area. Yes, there are some very good record stores, but none are as good as Co-Op in Moline. This place truly has an unrivaled selection. They are also willing to order stuff they don't have.
Great local store. First visited on Record Store Day on 4/20 to get the Up In Smoke album for the day. Very cool place to get some vinyl or cds.
I'm glad that they brought back CO-OPs again! I remember as a young teen being able to go into the stores and look at all the different cool stuff. I'm glad they brought the stores back because now they're more cool than what they were a long time ago!!
