It's refreshing to find a shop like this! It had been years since I've seen new releases dedicated to art music. The man working was incredibly knowledgeable, a true aficionado. I'd highly recommend this shop to anybody, whether they're a newcomer developing an interest in classical music or an avid listener.

Joel's is a, yes, old-fashioned CD store, for those who can remember. You can get things cheaper on the net, but you can't browse, or get good advice (EVERYTHING gets five stars on the internet!), or be pleasantly surprised by something new.

I have been to this store on several occasions. If you are a classical music enthusiast, novice, professional, or anywhere in between, they can help guide you. From the classics such as Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, etc to the more obscure, they can help you find what you are looking for.
