Very cheap cassettes with a wide variety! There were only a handful that went above 5 dollars. The most expensive cassette there was just 20$ and that was the only one. Majority are priced about 1.95. Anything above that and they are probably in a special case anyway. The cassettes were all organized well too!
I love Cheapo. I've been coming since 1992 and it's one of my favorite things in the Twin Cities. On a visit home I went to their new location (they were displaced from their Uptown home by yet another condo) and left with $120 worth of random CD's and DVDs.
Pretty extensive collection of CDs, DVDs, Blu Rays and vinyl records. This store is huge! Their sorting was a little different for me - having classic rock and modern rock in two different sections, but maybe that's just me.
HUGE record store! The CD, vinyl, and poster options, along with vinyl cleaning supplies is extensive. The environment of the store is fine - harsh overhead lighting, but the laid back vibe of the store makes up for it.
