Cheap Kiss Records

Despite living within five miles, I first became aware of Cheap Kiss when they released the “A Blast at the Cellar” LP (which is a first class release). Since then, I visited again for Record Store Day and immediately found both records I was hoping to score. They’ll now be my go-to vinyl store.

By FAR the most organized and friendly Record Store Day host in Chicagoland. So thoughtful to ensure all fans had a fair shot at their top picks then browse their extensive music and book offerings.

This is a cool local record/cd store that shares a space with a book store. They have a good selection of used records. Prices are usually fair. Worth a stop in if you are in the area.

Nice selection and good quality records. Priced resonably. Heavy on 80's but has a nice early 60's vien. Selection is starting to become broader since I have be stopping here. For instance, just found Fish Out of Water by Chris Squire, don't see that everyday. Also no junk here, records are in good shape. 5/23 update.
