Every time I go to buy a new or used CD, get a CD fixed so it doesn't skip, or get a piece of jewelry everyone who works there is very helpful and nice. The atmosphere is very nice and has a mellow retro feeling to it. Great place to go!
Went for one specific thing and the gentleman working was soooo kind and helpful. Asked questions to get a better idea of what I wanted and showed me all the different options. Had a nice and refreshing convo during the checkout process. He was very nice and made the experience that much better!
The place was well-organized, and the customer service was excellent. Even when I couldn't find what I was looking for, the staff member was quick to assist me and arranged to have it ordered for the store.
There aren't really many CD stores around, mostly vinyl, and even then, these stores of physical media are slowly fading from the threads of time. This specific store, I've always driven past but not Till recently. (Month ago) visited.
