Place is a gem! So many albums it’ll take all day to go through them! Not just old stuff, they have new albums from current artist. Need a turntable? They got many to choose from. They have a CD section as well but much smaller.
Very very nice staff. They were incredibly helpful with helping look for certain artists across all medias. I was looking at cassettes and they allowed me to listen to them on their boombox before purchasing which was really lovely. Afterwards, I got smoothies at the cafe.
We got the frappe flight with coffee added. It was an amazing experience. Very cool vibe in the shop with several unique and comfortable places to have a group conversation over coffee while listening to the awesome variety of music playing over the speakers. Will definitely return.
The Black Wax Cafe is one of our favorite hangouts. They have a wonderful variety of creative drinks. The atmosphere is so laid-back and welcoming. They are even dog friendly and offer pup cups to your furry family members!
