This is the best of both worlds! I really hope this store makes it and I hope there can be cool ways to create community engagement (food trucks, cosplays, etc). I love that they have everything - books, records, posters, and figures!
Went to see KaiZen perform and it was our first time seeing a show here. Really liked the setup for the bands. The Dallas skyline lit up in the background was beautiful! And the Graceland gates were a nice touch!!
This place was great!!! Definitely a one stop shop. If you want to find cassettes, cds and records they have it. More records than the others. They had tons of comic books, comic book and lots of graphic novels, anime and manga. They had some great posters and tons of different types of figures and figurines.
We were killing time in Dallas before a show and visited Black Cat based on its positive reviews. Unassuming outside, but this place is a goldmine!!! Great selection of vinyl and comics. Super friendly staff. Knowledgeable and helpful but not at all pushy.
