Kelly, is very honest and fair. Great little throw back store that reminds you of years gone bye! I have both sold albums ( they pay fairly depending on demand, condition,etc.) and I have also added to my collection there with very fair prices.

ive been going to kelly ever since i moved to JC a little over 2 years ago. he quickly picked up my taste in music and everytime i go in, he has a new recommendation for me! the store is organized by genre and easy to navigate. my favorite section is the employee picks section and the metal.

I cannot express how awesome this record store is. It’s like stepping back into 1994. They have all of your big standard popular albums, of course, but we all know that’s not why one goes to a record store.

I know that these days it’s pretty easy to get whatever kind of media you want online and in box stores, but I will always and forever recommend Back Door Records as the place to give your business. This store is a local gem. The owner and staff are absolutely wonderful, engaging, and knowledgeable people.
