Arlington Climate Controlled Storage

I was driving by looking for storage and saw the sign being put up so i stopped to see if they were open. I met a very friendly gentleman name Thomas. He gave me a tour of the facility and asked when i need to move in. I told him next week and it worked out they were opening at the same time.

Very clean, safe, and well maintained storage units. We used the unit for almost 6 months and are very happy about the service. We are glad we chose them over others in the area.

I reserved a unit online and the next day I spoke with carol. She was so nice and helpful. I was in bad traffic so I didn’t get there until 5:15 (they close at 5:30). She happily showed me the unit and did all the paperwork. I felt bad for keeping her there past closing time, but she could not have been nicer!

I loved the interaction with the team on site. The unit that I wanted was not available initially, but Chris called and notified me when it was available. He was super helpful. It was a seamless process. The place was super clean and the unit was too. Thanks for all your help.
