2nd & Charles

2nd & Charles is a great new addition to Gurnee Mills. They have a very wide selection of both used and new books on a variety of topics, along with some music and toys. It’s similar to Half Price Books, but this store is much larger, nicer, and brighter. The prices are also quite good.

Loved their vinyl collection found a ton of gems!!! Bought quite a few records from them, and make sure to price check the records that aren't wrapped! They had a few record players on display but they were way too experience for me to justify the cost (marked up super high) went to best buy and got one!

I traded in a bunch of hardcovers, got less than a buck each as store credit. I was satisfied with that because they pay me to recycle. They have lots of stuff not just books it was easy to spend the credits. Took about 15-20 minutes to process a bin of books. Friendly staff

Amazing store that has everything like books, movies, music, instruments, retro game consoles and games. The store has its own entrance. Plenty of parking.
