Xavier is an awesome associate who has the most patience, and is so helpful! He never once makes you feel like you're bothering or wasting his time. Not to mention, all the books I got today had to be at least 4-7 dollars cheaper than I would have gotten ANYWHERE else!
The only problem I can think to report about 2nd & Charles is that you will spend way too much of your money there if you linger for more than a couple of minutes.
Love this place. Frequent visits. Not worth selling a book to them at 10% return. But buying used books is great! Sometimes a book in not new condition will not be priced as used. But the customer service is great! Joining their club is great! Discounts and points.
